After installing the 64 bit drivers from the Roxio

First, the 32 bit drivers will not install as I am running a 64 bit system (as expected). It is interesting that the drivers on the Roxio web site do not work on my PC. Maybe I should remove that update and see if it helps. Net Framework 4.5.2 but I have no way of knowing if that might have caused the issue.
